Website does not stay logged in after restart even with 'Stay Logged In' checked

Xibo server/client was set up by one of my predecessors. I currently am maintaining 3 clients all of which start their design with a website that shows call statistics. The URL is: https://home-c9.incontact.com/inContact/Default.aspx - even though I select the Remember Me, the login is not persistent through Xibo app restarts. Is there a way I can pass the UN/PW parameters through to the site upon it loading successfully? I cant use a vbscript/batch file as it wouldn't work (if I used it at 2 in the design list, the site would no longer be visible in the Xibo display therefore I couldnt pass the parameters.) I was also considering writing a VBScript that just does a pause and then sendkeys or something similar in the startup folder but that would be wildly inconsistent I fear.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this working without me VNC'ing in daily to check and make sure the application hasn't restarted?

Does your application support basic authentication instead of the login page? If so you could pass the credentials in the URL... other than this, I don't think you can do anything.

Can you help with this problem?
