Multiple display - black

Hello,

PC Xibo - have set the client to 3840 x 1080.
Set display resolution in Xibo server
Made display with 2 ( 1920 x 1080 ) regions in it.

Client loads over 2 screens ( extended desktop ). loads black screen nothing plays. When checking on "i" information, shows all files and regions downloaded and "Sleeping".

Currently have 1 video in each region ( MP4 ).

Please assist
Thank you so much.

Client is running windows 8.1, quad core, 2 gig ram. No problems at all with one display, just cant get to play with multiple.

It may be that your graphics card can't support video overlays on multiple
heads. Check the graphics settings for settings relating to overlays
