Scheduling a temporary design

I am trying to have a welcome message display on several screens at the same time. Then they will go off at the same time.
Whether it interrupts a currently playing design or not. Is this possible?
Is there a wiki anywhere explaining how the program works?

I cannot find anything about what "Pin?" means under the scheduling window

Pin just effects the filter forms thought the product so that they default to the same values as you left them as you browse around.

You would do what you want with a priority schedule - schedule the layout (welcome screen) to your 3 displays as you would normally and then tick the priority box.
