some screens in display group not updating

Hi,

XIBO server 1.6.3 running in xampp

I have 10 screens in a display group (windows 7 x32, XIBO client 1.6.3) I have set the default layout to the main design that we want displayed. All works fine.

I have scheduled a new design for the 'all screens' display group to display for the next 3 days. All screens have updated besides 3, now I have checked the local xibo library of these 3 screens and the two jpgs of this new layout are in there.
xibo client is just not displaying them

any ideas??
