Upgrade from 1.6.1 to 1.6.3

Dear all,
I was about to upgrade from version 1.6.1 to 1.6.3 and I have noticed that the database version has changed, from 69 to 71.
I was wondering if I need to execute the upgrade.php the same way I did to upgrade from version 1.4 to version 1.6.1.
