Upgrade to Version 1.6.2 unable to edit or delete

This morning I upgraded to Version 1.6.2, now when I go into Design , Layouts, Action, Design I am able to see my existing designs but I am unable to edit them or delete them, in fact I am unable to do anything. I thought it might be a browser issue but I have tried Chrome IE and Firefox all with the same results.

When you upgraded you probably over wrote the old files with the new ones,
rather than backing up your settings.php and then deleting all the CMS
files, extracting fresh and replacing the settings.php file?

If so that's the cause of your problems. You need to redo that procedure
leaving the database as it is, allow the upgrade routine to run again, and
then it should be fine
