Admin rights bug or not 1.6.2

In the design mode of a layout when a user want to set a background image, the user can see all other users media not only his or hers.

Under the menu Design->Layouts, you got a drop down button called Activity for each layout. If you select as a user to click that button and select admin rights, you see all of the other users, user groups.

Is there a solution to the above

#1 - it should/will only list the images with view permissions, this appears to be working, can you confirm?

#2 - we have plans to introduce a "Restrict users to only see peers in their Groups" setting (see https://blueprints.launchpad.net/xibo/+spec/user-privacy). Currently there is no workaround.

It seems to be one who see all others media and I don't see how he can. His admin is set as a user.
I have to go a little deeper in my search.
Good to know there is a coming solution to "Restrict users to only see peers in their Groups".
