Xibo android gives a fault with powerpoint presetation

Good evening i have the following problem; I got everything working with xibo android it plays my movies texts website etc...
But when i put a powerpoint presentation in there. the client gives me this error :

Regionlayout 8 cannot run as it has a region without any media assigned.

What does this mean i have uploaded the ppt or pptx but the client thinks there's nothing in it ?
I followed every instruction in the manual voor Powerpoint presentations.
Also the server doesn't give me a preview of the powerpoint presentation.

What am i doing wrong its problably something small but i can't find it.
I have a new minix android system so that shouldn't be a problem.

Everything else works great im verry pleased with it.

PowerPoint is not supported on Android, so there is no valid media on your
layout.

You need to convert your presentation to a video for it to work on Android.
You can do that on recent versions of Office by going to Save As, and
choosing WMV Video
