Assign template to group

Is it possible to assign a template/design to a display group? Or are these display groups only available for user permissions?
We have lots of buildings and it would be great for us to assign a design to every display in a building in once.

You can schedule layouts or campaigns to display groups. Templates can't be
sent to any display - they're there only to form the basis of new layouts

Thanks, but what if I don't want to schedule a layout to a display group but show it permantly?

You schedule it from now until a date far in the future

Hmm not really safe in a production invironment with a lot of displays but okay.

Unless you don't plan to change your content between now and say 2038 then
I think it's a pretty slim risk.

You can set a layout as default and not schedule anything, but in practice
it's not what we recommend since you'll go to the splash screen every time
you make changes to your layouts
