User can edit any design

Hi Alex,
Xibo (1.6.1) has been re-installed, a user created and given him the rights to the design. The user can call up the design and assign an image from the library. It is stored, the user can not open the design. The admin can open the design and change. The user no longer.

The following errors are in the error log:
PHP Notice: Undefined variable: db in /var/customers/webs/xiboneu/admin/modules/module_user_general.php on line 773, referer: http://xxxxx.de/admin/index.php?p=layout&modify=true&layoutid=10
PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function escape_string() on a non-object in /var/customers/webs/xiboneu/admin/modules/module_user_general.php on line 773, referer: http://xxxxx.de/admin/index.php?p=layout&modify=true&layoutid=10

This was a bug in 1.6.1 - fixed in 1.6.2 (which was released last week).
