can't see display in dashboard

I'm running Xampp on a windows 7 machine. I am able to access the server via ip address from other computers, but I am unable to see the display listed anywhere in the dashboard. The display is a licensed (purchased not trial) and I have checked the sever key. any ideas what the next step might be to get the display recognized?

You'd need to check on the display side and see if there are any error messages present. All of the clients have a status window that will at least show the state of the register message between client and CMS.
