Scrolling Text

I'm using 1.4.2 Win client.

My problem is scrolling text is not working good. Ok it works but sometimes locking little times.

It makes me sick. When I look I'm seeing this. In every client or pc's like this. It is about scripting or hardware?

I know that you are working on new ticker. Are there any news?

As you say, we know there are problems with tickers on lower powered
hardware and we are working on something smoother.

This work will be happening in 1.7 series.
