Webpage scale problem (Android Client)

Asked by Faris Malaeb

I am using Xibo Client for Android (Smart TV 1920 * 1080)
I have my local web server with a custom page (Animated Counter) that is made to be displayed on 1920 x 1080 resolution.
I tried the site local on computer and its working perfect.
I have set a webpage http://myserver/counter.aspx to be displayed on the android client.
But when the site load using the Android client the scale seem to be wrong, and the site is not loaded using the correct resolution .
I embedded the site to an IFRAM and set the scale to be 1300x950 and it seem to fix the problem, the site is show on full screen , but the counter is moving very slow (without IFRAM the counter work OK).

what can the problem be? and what should I do to get this site loaded in the correct resolution without IFRAM.

Sorry, but we don't support that client here. You can get support for the commercial android client over at the spring signage web page.

Can you help with this problem?
