Blank page in xibo admin environment

Hi and thanks for developing xibo, I installed Xibo server 1.6 on wamp server, after settle down installation and login to admin account, just in schedule and setting link i can see statistics and information. there are nothing to see in other links, after clicking other links (like design, library, displays, etc.) nothing happens just loading icon for few seconds.

I changed browser and try another system but same things happens.

Would you please help me to solve this issue.

Dear Dan, thanks for update, I don't know what happens for Launchpad! it was down from yesterday, anyway, I tried to snapshot my problem in admin page, you can check them from these links:

Can you run through the "report fault" section of the Advanced menu and post up the troubleshoot.txt file somewhere? The AJAX calls that populate those grids are failing for some reason - the error should be logged in the troubleshoot file.

can you figure out what is going on in local testing system?, i tried to install v1.6 on my host and interesting working properly.

so, my problem has been solved particularly, just my question is why it's not working in localhost?, previous versions (1.4,...) also working good in local server.

There isn't anything in those logs that helps (unfortunately), but I have linked a bug that I think is the same issue.

Hi Reza and Dan,

I've been busy with the same problem for a couple of days. First I've upgraded the Xibo server to 1.6.3 We where running 1.4.2. It looked like it would fix the problem but sadly, no :(. After a view minutes (with no changes at all) the webpage did exactly the same as before.

Our xibo server is running on IIS (Windows Server 2008 R2).

Has anyone a fix for this problem?!?!?

It sounds like you extracted the 1.6.3 installation OVER the existing 1.4 installation - that will cause this issue as some files have been moved.

Try deleting /lib/pages/region.class.php
