RSS or Embedded doesn't work on a client

I've a client win7 computer in a sbs2003 domain. This client displays everything except RSS feed or Embedded HTML.
On an other single PC everything works fine.

What ive tried:
-Turning of Firewall
-Not logging in on the domain
-checked the library if the file is downloaded en it is

What could be the problem?

It might be some restrictive settings of the domain preventing the client from opening the downloaded HTML file. Try opening that file directly in IE and see if it opens correctly
