I keep getting this message in the log wile trying to upload a file bigger than 128mb.

483 2014-04-30 00:21:32 content No session returned

the php.ini is set to:
upload_max_filesize = 900M
post_max_size = 900M
file_uploads = On
max_execution_time = 3600
default_socket_timeout = 3600
memory_limit = 128M

using 1.6rc2
after extensively search i did find the problem,
it was located in the Sophos UTM router.
it did stop all outgoing files lager than 128 mb.
