Sort Order - Time (AM/PM)

Asked by Levi

Is there any way to set the sort order to properly sort Time (AM/PM)?

I current have Order set to my column named: Time

It only correctly sorts if I use military time (14:00).
If I use AM/PM, it sorts based on the numbers and puts 10:00AM at the bottom of the list.

It's also putting 11:00AM before 1:00 AM.

Thoughts?

Thanks,
Levi

I assume you are talking DataSets?

Could you try storing the time in 24hour format - but then have a formula column which uses a MySQL date format function to change it to AM/PM.

You'd sort on the original, but display the formula column.

Can you help with this problem?
