News ticker not displaying correctly

I am running a test environment of 1.60 rc1, recently upgraded to 1.60 rc2. I am having issues with a news ticker not displaying correctly. My currently layout is 1920x1080 and I have a region that runs across the screen, coordinates 1382x62 (0, 835) for the news ticker. In the layout editor it looks and displays correctly, but when you do a preview or launch it on one of the displays nothing about the ticker is correct.

The font is smaller and it starts scrolling about half way into the ticker band. It almost looks as if it has been scaled by 50%. I have taken two screenshots,

I have tried recreating the layouts, no help. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Note, I just installed a the Ubuntu 1.60RC2 client and the the ticker displays properly.

We are testing whether we want to continue with the Windows-based clients or switch over to Ubuntu. There are advantages and disadvantages to both. Right now the Windows-based solution works better in our environment.

I also have this same problem of the ticker text sometimes showing up like it is 1/3 the original size. It usually starts after hours of running, with no modifications made to the design or screen. I am running Xibo 1.4 R33 for Android, which is the latest version for Android. Android version is 4.2.2.
