Fixes for 1.60rc1/Release schedule

Currently running 1.60rc1. Several of the issues that I have identified were marked as bugs and according to the bug tracker they bugs have been fixed and committed. How can one get access to these committed fixes?

Also are their plans to release 1.60rc2 in the near future? Is there a release schedule on when next Release Canadiate or the final production release of 1.6 will be available?

Rc2 and the final release will be available when they're ready. There's no
fixed timescale.

Nobody should be running these for production so there is no massive
pressure to get either released until we're completely satisfied they're as
good as they should be

Thanks Alex. I only asked about another release candidate as I would like to see if the issues that I submitted were fixed. I am not using 1.60 as production but I would like to have everything ready to convert over to 1.6 once it's released so am currently running two systems a 1.42 production and a 1.6 test with the same configurations.

We'll release it when we can. Unfortunately yours is the third email today
asking me when we'll release it, and each time I stop to say "when it's
ready" that's time I'm not working on code, so in effect it pushes that
date further in to the future
