Deleted slide still shows on monitor

Hi,

I have deleted a slide from the schedule and deleted it from the library and the slide still shows up on our screens. I cann't find the slide anywhere on the schedule or in the list of files available but it is showing up on one of our break room tvs. when I click on the option for just the TV it's showing on, it doesn't have it listed. I have double checked all of the slides that are scheduled to make sure the content is accurate. Please help.

sounds like the player is talking to the server so it keeps playing it old playlist. press "i" the player for more info.

Most likely the client isn't able to connect to the server and is showing
cached content
