I this version, still cannot change font size, font colour, etc, when editing text, ticker, etc.

Thanks Alex,

I cleared the cache and tried it today on 3 machines, IE10+win7, IE11+win7 and IE11+win8, but unfortunately, all failed.

By the way, it's working with IE9, firefox or chrome.

The link loaded from the designer and from the layout list is absolutely
identical. There can't be any difference between the two results.

I managed to recreate the issue - the drop down lists do not open (they flash open and then close). This is a CKEditor problem and hopefully we can get a fix from them.

Can you help with this problem?
