Warning about syntax error past try uploading a video size 17MB

Hi there,

Could you have any advice about issue after I've tried uploading my video that is not over 20MB to my library. It tell me "Syntax Error and expect token" what I can't fix them. I've changed either max_upload and max_execute in PHP.ini file already.
