Ticker Transition Speed when Single is selected as Direction

I am trying to locate where I can adjust the transition of item to the next item when Single is selected in the direction drop down.

Server 1.4.2
Client Android - 1.4
Windows Client 1.4.2

There's no option to adjust it. It's a fixed transition
