Webpage Refresh

I'm using 1.4.2 and win client. Here is my problem:

I added a web site to a region. That was ok but this web site content is changing every 1 minutes so it must change every a minute. But it doesn't work on xibo.

In that region I added text duration was 1 second. Every 1 minutes it's turning text page after web page. Seems this works.

But is it a bug or something I don't understand.

If there's only one media item in a region it will show once and remain
until the end of the layout.

If it needs to refresh every 60 seconds, add the same webpage media to the
region twice with 60 second duration each
