I would like to use some php codes. I want to take some queries from my database. So I mean can I use php codes and where?

It's ok to save the file as php and call with url but I'm using Win Client. It is not transparent.

The windows client doesn't support transparency. You would need to match
the client background colour or image in your php output to make it appear
transparent
