URL to display Webpage is invalid (1.6.0RC1)

I get in 1.6.0RC0 the 'Invalid URL' when entering the following URL

http://itsprxrep/dashboard.aspx

Cut & Past, manual entered always the same result. Have not tested in any earlier version.

System running Xibo is W7Pro64 with XAMPP

can send a screenshot, the URL belongs to FastVue TMG Reporter and shows an operational proxy dashboard.
Not sure how to share the screenshot ...

I've no idea what FastVue TMG Reporter is? But it's not part of the Xibo
Project.

You are right TMG Reporter is not part of the XIBO Project, however it is a website I run internally and which I would like if possible to be displayed by XIBO like so many other websites that work perfectly ok.

Can you please explain which part of the URL is invalid, perhaps I can find a workaround?
Is it the extension? .aspx that understand? What is it that makes this URL different from others? and why would XIBO not able to parse it or path it thru as it is doing with others?

The domain name needs to be fully qualified. Sorry I misunderstood your
