Can't register Display

I recently upgraded my Xibo server to release 1.6.0

when I register a display to my new server with new server key, I see

Display added and is awaiting licensing approval from an Administrator

I can see my display in the xibo web UI, but can't push a layout to the display and when I look back in xibo client options, it shows
Display added and is awaiting licensing approval from an Administrator

Is there a different method for this in 1.6?

You need to edit the Display and grant it a licence, exactly as you did in
1.4
