The offline download client which prepares memory sticks for the Linux
client can be run on Windows. The Windows client doesn't support updating
from memory stick

i am using off line client on window for downloading content in usb stick .then i mount usb stick in to the py client
which in on Debian ant the i give following setting.

[Main]
  xmdsLicenseKey=key here
  manualUpdate=true
  width=960
  height=540
  bpp=24
  fullscreen=false

i am not using any internet connection on linux

the i run client
then green dot appearing but not playing Schedule content .

Need to see the logs, but by default it won't stop running the current
layout until it expires, so you need to wait long enough for that to happen
