Just installed server on w7 - in design no text boxes appear

Newly installed Xibo server on Windows 7 PC.

Going into the design section for layouts. When adding something to the timeline that requires some sort of text input, e.g. text or RSS feed the editor shows with relevant fields but the actual text area below this does not show so cannot fill anything in.

e.g. with an RSS feed cannot place any tags/variables for the display.
