webpage takes too long to load

Hello, I am inserting a webpage in my player Xibo however it takes too long to load, my page is developed in PHP (http://rss.indoorcorp.com.br/economia.php) and takes about 5-8 seconds to appear on the screen with this one aparesentação getting a bit ugly. Already tested Gzip insert code in PHP and still the problem is not solved. I would advice to improve my page, considering that she has a background image and most of the times is this image that delay.

Perhaps you could add the background image to the layout and just have your text served from your webpage?

Xibo has no control over how fast external webpages load - but it does ensure that layout resources are loaded in a timely fashion.

ok I understand, there is a way I can insert a picture from a server online in Xibo? without baixala to the library?

You can but you should not over lap the areas. I believe Dan is saying add the keyboard pic Library and then assign it to the background on the layout then make and area for the rss ticker.
