the new client last acess date and time are wrong

it comes up under display but the last access date and time are always 1969 190000 the computer that im using for display shows the right date and time. The ixbo screen comes upon the display computer but is not loading my layout.
im on a window 7.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

We don't do anything complicated with the date/time - just use the standard windows time on the client. It sounds like the CMS installation you have does not know the correct date. This could be because you have not set the time zone correctly in the Settings - or because there is something wrong with the server.

I'd check the timezone first.
