Local & System Time info uncertainties

Hi, just to make your answer at "https://answers.launchpad.net/xibo/+question/218278" 100% clear, i'll ask two questions.

First question:
Do you mean that even if the "System Time" information window under Xibo's "System Information" shows another time compare to the "Local Time" , that it doesn't matters if the 2 times are showing differents times, that the Local Time is the important one, that if the Local Time shows the correct time that then all is allright, despite than they are showing difference of about two hous between times?

Second question: If the answer to the first question is "Yes" then why is it important to show both times under Xibo's "System Information" anyway (local and system)? In which way it is important then you are showing the "System Time" , particularly when working with Xibo?

Using 1.4.1 server on Ubuntu 12.04.1.
There is one xp and one w7 client on my test bed.
The server location is Istanbul.
I am trying to get run the schedules.
On server management page when I click on time I am getting time information 2 hours different.
I select correct time zone location.It is istanbul.
The servers time date and timezone settings correct.Both hwclock and system clock.
I tried server on w7 machine.It is the same?!

The system clock reported in that dialog will always be the date/time in GMT. What actually is the problem you are having?
