Can able to install xibo windows client in embedded windows os?

We can install the xibo windows client to both windows 7 and windows xp. But, I have bit doubt that the xibo client can support to install the embedded windows OS.

can you please tell me the reason briefly for not supported windows client in embedded windows OS?

Because Microsoft don't release the .net Framework for it that we need to run.
