Adding media not working both in library and design v1.4.2

adding media not working both in library and inside design. before I am able to add media like videos and images. but now I can't add videos, I don't have any problem with adding images.

OS Server: Windows 7 Pro x32
OS Client: Windows 7 Pro x32

Xibo Server: v1.4.2

Are the video you adding an ecoded in a supported format. Sound like the database got hosed. I don't know where but there is a location in the database where you allow media type to be upload and missing the ext. for the videos.
