File upload stuck for 36MB file

I am trying to upload the video file from http:\\www.ousedale.org.uk\shinefinal.mp4 to my Xibo.

I've tried IE, Firefox and Chrome. The upload never completes and the spinner just keeps spinning. If I use Chrome I can see the upload percentage at the bottom and it gets to 60-70% before starting again.

File size :36mb
IIS with PHP 5.3
Max execution time 300
Max input time 300
Post max size 512mb
Upload max file size 512mb

I've also tried uploading it from the server to itself but that just does the same too.

Please help!

Try uploading the file from a local disc. I'm not sure how you would be
uploading from a remote location

I was uploading it from the local disc. I'd just posted it there in case anyone needed to see the file.

The issues occur when uploading it from local disc.

We have overhauled the file upload tool in 1.5.1, if you are willing to try that - it might provide you with a solution.
