when a layout gets to the end, all media zones go blank for several seconds before starting back up

at the end of a layout's run time all of the media zones go blank for several seconds before starting over. is there a way to prevent this? I've experimented with making a very long running zone (typically a text scroll zone) so that all of the rest of the content will just loop for the duration of the very long zone so that the "reloading" of the whole layout won't be as noticeable.

The time should be fractions of a second. Generally we see this on very low spec hardware.

since there's no system requirement list for the client....what do you consider a "very low spec" hardware profile?

It depends so much on what content you show, how many regions, what graphics card you have. It's impossible to have a definitive list, which is why we don't provide one.
