change Xibo Logo Splash Screen

The blog indicates that it is now simpler to change the splash screen to a custom logo.

I would be willing to provide a donation for instructions on how to to do this
We use Windows for both the server & client tools.

We are not selling Xibo, we include it free for our clients who want to use it.
I would like to change the logo to match that of the client and to include an error message
"if you are reading this, then something bad happened, call xxxx at ###"

We have full time programmers who can re-compile the client source code (old method), but we are anxious to know the easier method.

You can specify your own image to use in the client options screen.

Hi,
I'm interested in changing splash screen but I can't find the option in client option screen.
From which version of xibo this option is available? I'm using xibo 1.2, can I change the splash screen?

I don't think it's there in 1.2

1.2 is nearly two stable series old now and unsupported. You should perhaps
consider upgrading
