Weather and Clock query

I have come across a weather and clock widget / app on HTChome.org

It is similar to the app used on HTC mobile phones and I was wondering if I downloaded this can I then link it into Xibo?

I am using xibo for windows.

If it's HTML and Javascript based then yes probably.

I haven't downloaded it but it looks like an application so probably not - it really depends how it's built under the hood.

how would one go about adding either of those into a region for the windows client?
