Cannot Install XIBO 1.41 on Windows 8

I try to install xibo-server 1.41 on windows 8. But I've structed at the xibo-install page.
sometimes it shown loading from 23.sql or 40.sql but I cannot continue to next step
Please advice

PS. I use apache 2.4.3, PHP 5.4.9 and MySQL 5.5.29

You probably need to increase your php maximum execution time. This has been covered numerous times. Please ensure you search before asking a question
