What does 'Repeat Every' input box hold/do?

Hi,

When settinga schedule I see a box that says 'Repeat Every' and an input box where you can add something. The number 1 gets put in there after I save the form, what does that indicate and what happens if I change that to 2 or 3 etc.?

I can't see a description for this in the help documentation.

What exactly does this field expectand how does it operate?

Just read it like English, so for example

Repeat every 6 days or

Repeat every 8 hours

And then you have an until input that specifies when the repeat should finish.
