which rights needed for Campaigns design

I have a user group. To this group i have assigned the Campaigns assigned
user groups -> <user group> -> Menu security -> Design Menu -> Campaigns is assigned (green v).

Added a user to the user group. User logged in but gets the following when trying to access the campaigns in the design page:
"There has been an application error.You do not have permission to access this page."

Which rights need to be assigned to a user and.or group to allow an user to go the the campaigns page?

Campaigns come under the "Layouts" page security group - your user group will also need access to that.

For the group, under page security the Layouts is also enabled. This was already the case.

But i think i need an bug for this issue. If the user is assigned to a group, and that group has page rights, the user will get the permission error. If the user itself is assigned the layout page security, the user is allowed to access the page.

Looks like the Campaings page isn't correctly verify the rights if only assigned to a group.

I see what the problem is - because the campaign page was added to the Layout security group by the upgrade, the actual link to the page was missing.

You can fix this problem by un-assigning and re-assigning the Layouts security group from your user group.
