big file no upload

I just installed Xibo server on a new server, but I can not upload files over the 8mg, I remember that I need to change something in a php file, but can not remember what and where. Can you help me?

i've another problem!
now when i open the localhost/xibo occurred this error:

Xibo has a database connection problem.

after making changes to php.ini, I increased the max filesize to 256 M and restarted the server, now Xibo does not start and more is the error page as above

I'd suggest checking the php.ini file then if that's what you modified between it working and it not.
