As far as i know there isn't any such thing.
What information do you need?

If you only like to see all relationships (like foreign keys) you can use the official (and free) MySQL Workbench to reverse engineering the xibo database.
You will get a diagramm with all tables placed on it.

I´m working on 1.4. If it´s ok i can upload it and add some documentation.

BTW, i tried to login at the wiki but openid is not working and there´s no other way to register.
