Xibo Android Client

Asked by Shankar Jayagopi

Hi Guys,

We spent a last few weeks building an android client for Xibo, with a restricted feature list.
We are willing to post the app for people to try this out for free. What would be the right place to publish this information?

Also,
What would you consider to be the most mandatory features that can satisfy basic use-cases ?
We will make sure we address all of them!

PS: Plz email me at <email address hidden> for our early release.

I would probably suggest a post on the Facebook page as a starting point? Please can you be clear however that it's a third party development and that it's not part of the Xibo codebase :)

Thanks

Alex

We will certainly make sure we show that disclaimer :)

About the second question?
What would you consider to be the most mandatory features that can satisfy basic use-cases ?

It's in private beta right now. I would expect an announcement in the next couple of weeks assuming nothing major comes out of the testing.
