Runtime terminated in unusual way

Fairly new to Xibo and loving it for our Primary School however I seem to be getting an error fairly commonly on the client, at least twice an hour. It then shuts the client down.
"MS Visual C++ Runtime Library: This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the app's support."

Xibo client: 1.2.2.1
Xibo Server: 1.2.2
Client: Win 7 Enterprise 32 bit

I can't see anything in the event viewer. It seems to happen randomly whether on a layout with video's and images or just images. I've made sure every layout being used has a region on it with media.

Any ideas?

Just had another look in event viewer and noticed it referencing ffmpeg.dll in the crash report, sorry didn't notice that before.
I'll try and load a new codec set on and see what happens.

I removed the codec pack installed and it has ran all night and day without error.

I wish there was a way I could trap that... but it actually happens outside Xibo, in a control Xibo is hosting... so its pretty challanging.

Anyway, glad you found a resolution!
