Windows client stuck with old layout

Im running most recent Windows client that connects to Windows Server.
I have created a layout which I dont like and want to change it to another one. After changing, I run the client and still get stuck with old layout. I deleted this screen from server, I reinstalled the windows client, the previous layout has also been deleted, i cleaned the cache of IE etc. but still when starting the client, it loads the old layout (which is empty btw, eventhough it included three regions with text in it).
what could be the problem ?

Additionally, when now trying to add a new screen, it is listed with last update at: 1970-01-01 01:00:00 ?

Hi,

have you tried to clean your Xibo Library on the client?
(Documents and Settings/Xibo Library...)

Add the Display with a new Unique ID, the Server shows the year 1970* - it's normally.
Add the Display and start the client.

Make a refresh (F5) and the Client have the right Date.
