freelance designer?

I have installed Xibo and don't understand and really don't have the time to program it.. We are a simple 1 sign operation at a doggy daycare (i want to embed a slide show of pictures that was created with HTML) have a scrolling message and our logo on the sign.. Is anyone willing to do this for me? I have no problem paying you for your time. (i can get you access to the computer it is on).

can do it, whatcha need exactly? how many photos? text scroll or rss? need xibo installation?
