About publishing dotnet client code

Hello,

While I was trying to publish installer package from microsoft visual studio with my own splash screen, I couldn't create Xibo-options exe. Or I can create xibo-options exe on package but i couldnt create xibo.exe in it. Is there a way to publish both them with Setup and Deployment in Visual Studio as a one package of msi.

Because whenever I tryed I can only see one of them on primary output.

Im sorry, I am not familiar with the packaging tool in Visual Studio.

The Xibo Options is just a shortcut to the client with a run time -o sent to it.

Can you help with this problem?
