could you please describe me Report fault of management module in server side?

i just open the management module and see what are the sub modules are available, in that "Report Fault" module is available. i just try to find out the functionality of this module. its little bit tricky. I was click these buttons "Turn ON Debugging, Turn OFF Debugging etc..." but i am unable to understand what it do. i am waiting for your valuable replay

It's there to guide a user through collecting information when a problem occurs.

Basically you step through the wizard following each numbered step, and at the end you get a troubleshoot.txt file which contains lots of debugging info for us to look at.
