cannot play power point slide

hi there,

i have put a powerpoint slide (.pps) inside the library and i schedule it to display when times up.

but when times up, i didnt display and it give me black screen only

 in terminal shows that -->
Warning : Could not find font face Arial . Using sans instead
Rsplash-2 has expired.

when i press "i" , besides the Get File is grey and inside have a "0" , , the Stats is also grey and the rest is all green with a "tick " inside

can anyone help me how to solve this ? thanks in advance

Hi,

The Python client didn't support .pps.

when you use the Python client, you must export the pps to a video.
Office 2007 didn't support this.

Search for Software like:" Powerpoint to video/avi converter" or whatever ;-)

When you use the .net clinet, so try the link I have postet:

for a short test, you can send me your .pps and I convert it for you.
